Åhus Gästgivaregård

In beautiful Åhus, in the middle of the village and right next to the river lies the old Åhus Gästgivaregård which is dating back to the early 18th century. In a unique project between Ateljé Lyktan and Åhus Gästis, as it is called by the locals, eight rooms have been rebuilt together with several other partners. Ifö Electric is one of them and provides all the lighting for the bathrooms. Lena Nyholm, interior designer, has created a feeling reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland, where every door leads into a new world. Everything is replaced, but the old charm with visible beams and small nooks remains. Each bathroom has got carefully selected luminaries from us to fit in with the certain style in each room.
