Residential building / studio – Julia Kick

Built in 1889 to supplement a hotel and a winery in the central district of the city of Dornbirn in Vorarlberg, Austria, the service building has been listed since 1997. Following the failure of several planned projects, it has now been converted to a residential building with a studio. The clients consciously decided to retain the old structure wherever possible and left replaced and added parts clearly visible as new. Smycka Klara and Classic Glob can be found throughout the building.
